Previously, as Head of Marketing and Communications at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) , Julian led the charge to “make accounting sexy again,” driving unprecedented membership growth and brand rejuvenation.
During his tenure as Vice President, Regional Campaign and Product Marketing at Lazada Group , he led Southeast Asia’s most iconic mega campaigns including 11.11 and 12.12, while launching innovative product solutions across multiple markets. Before that, at Hilton , he drove revenue and market share growth through integrated leisure marketing and digital initiatives that strengthened brand preference and direct bookings.
